About Personal Training
My Personal Training includes the 5 classic components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Although there are other subsets like power and speed. In addition to supporting your exercise program & providing motivation, I provide goal assessment. This enables me to help you set goals and obtain those goals through safe, effective training.
Private sessions are available to everyone and the type workout is determined by your goals and needs. I offer private sessions in a multitude of workouts: Athletic, Aqua, Mat Pilates, etc.
